Wayne Goodman - Wayne has over 22 years experience with a major UK high street bank and has been involved in Commercial Banking for the majority of that time. He has managed a large client portfolio, ensuring they received the highest standards of customer service as well as adding real value to those client’s businesses. More recently Wayne has been working in a development role attracting new clients and influential contacts. He has an abundance of experience in the property market and is also a specialist in property auction lending.

Ian Hart - With over 10 years experience with a major UK high street bank Ian has a wealth of experience when it comes to lending money. He has looked after business and commercial clients for a number of years, before taking a similar development role to Wayne. As an ex professional footballer, who unfortunately had to retire early through injury, Ian understands better than most the importance of taking good financial advice and the benefits of investing in property. He is an expert on the property development market and enjoys strong relationships with a wide range of professionals operating in this area.

Andrew Preston CeCM - With over 34 years experience in the financial services market, the majority at senior executive level, has given him an insight into the demands of companies and the requirement for a high level of customer service. His knowledge of the property finance sector has been enhanced since entering the Commercial Finance market in 2005. Andrews aim is to provide expert advice to both direct clients and to professional introducers.
